The Process…Bringing Your Story to Life

The team at LivingLens Memoirs, LLC wants the process to be fun, easy, and memorable! Here is a litte more information about how we work with you to create the perfect Video Memoir.

1. Please take a few minutes and fill out our contact form.

2. As soon as we receive your Contact Form submission or your email, an LLM Video Memoir Specialist will contact you to schedule a Zoom Meeting or Phone Call.

3. You will join us at for a comprehensive consultation to discuss our services, options, and pricing. We can ALWAYS work around your schedule!

4. After the initial consultation, your LLM Representative will promptly email you a detailed Client Proposal.

5. If you decide to move forward with your Video Memoir, LLM will email you a Contract for Services and secure a 50% deposit.

6. Your LLM Representative will email you a list of potential Interview Questions, a checklist of items for you to compile (such as old photos, videos, a list of important dates, names, events, etc. and anything else you might want to include as we craft your story). In addition, we will finalize the location of your interview, either in our studios in West Tucson or at your home/a family member’s home/business location. “You come to us, or we can come to you!”

We will also schedule a second meeting, possibly in person at the site of your upcoming interview or by Zoom/Phone.

7. Your payment for the remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the day of shoot. You may reschedule ONE TIME at no additional charge to a new date/time agreeable to both parties outside of the 48 hour window prior to your interview.

8. We will arrive at your chosen location to set up lighting, set design, and our LLM Interview Specialist will conduct a 30-60 minute interview including multiple questions, some candid and artistic shots (B-roll footage), and possibly some quick interviews with family members on site. (Some video memoir subjects talk more than others, but we will do everything we can ahead of time and during your interview to make sure that you cover all of the topics that are important to you and your family.)

9. You will receive a “polished” first edit within 21 Days of your interview.

10. After you review the first draft, you will receive the Final Video within 14 days of sending us your feedback (or faster, depending on how close to perfect the first draft is!)
